Sibsons House Bed & Breakfast - Hillcrest

Overall had really really nice stay during holidays. The staff members were efficient and amicable. I had lovely romantic, neat room complete with fire place as well as the kitchenette. The location was favourable - next to the Hillcrest and the 1000 Hills Brewing restaurant which was amazing and beautiful gardens adding to a sense of peace. I thoroughly enjoyed the time in this property.

Greatly enjoyed a seating area, a writing desk, and ironing facilities in the room. There was an exceptionally comfortable bed and a good size bathroom. The location was great in a residential area...

The double room at Sibsons House was absolutely fantastic! It had a cozy seating area where we could relax, and a TV with streaming services for our entertainment. The tea and coffee maker was a great touch, and the private bathroom with shower was clean and convenient. The tile/marble floor gave the room a modern and elegant feel, and I also loved the private entrance. Some rooms even had a lovely patio or balcony where we could enjoy the fresh air. it was a comfortable and inviting space.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of air conditioning, but I understand that many people find it essential.

I was tempted to stay on the property and enjoy all the facilities instead of heading to the beach. The hospitality was exceptional, and I particularly enjoyed the braai next to the pool and the relaxing sauna. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, and the staff went the extra mile to accommodate my needs. The location was perfect for my business in the Hillcrest and Pinetown areas, with Durban just a short drive away. I would definitely consider making Sibsons House my permanent home.

The bed, facilities, and room were excellent and spacious. The hosts and staff were wonderful and the location is great. The rooms were huge, well-furnished, and great value for money. The hotel had beautiful gardens and a sense of peace and tranquility.

For us, it was ideal.

The rooms were super spacious and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. We had a blast exploring the nearby children's playground and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The facilities were top-notch and we will definitely be coming back for more fun-filled adventures!

If there was one thing we could ask for, it would be a better selection of activities for young party-goers. While the children's playground was great, we were hoping for more options to keep us entertained all day long.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and feather pillows as we requested. The luxury suite had a substantial lounge area, perfect for our large family. The beautiful gardens and swimming pool provided a great space for our kids to play and relax. The secure parking and easy access in and out of the hotel made it convenient for us. Any minor issues, like a loose toilet seat, were quickly sorted out by the attentive staff. it was a wonderful experience for our family.

For families with children, it would be great to have a children's playground at Sibsons House. My children wished there was a dedicated space with slides, swings, and other play equipment where they could have some fun.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and shown to our incredibly spacious units. Our jaws dropped at how charming and well-equipped they were - we had everything we needed! We had a fantastic barbecue by the pool's outdoor dining area, and the beds were super comfy with crisp clean sheets. The bathroom had high-quality toiletries and the printed information was tastefully displayed. Our stay was absolutely perfect, ensuring a wonderful evening with our family. Thank you all so much!

Felt safe, nothing to complain about.

The room was spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and beautiful white linen. We loved the calm outside and the beautiful gardens that added to the tranquility. The staff were friendly and cute, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the extra effort they made to pack it for us as we had to leave early for a conference. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this charming thatched cottage to others.
